Its almost time for the Appellation St. Helena bASH again. See my review of the 2017 event for what happened last year.

The bASH has a creative as well as a delicious format. CIA student chef teams, winery chefs and local restaurants brig food creations, and over 30 Appellation St. Helena wineries pour their wines, and pairings are made of food with the wine. Guests are the judge of the pairings and select their preference. Hard to find a better way to spend an evening.
